Gigi Simpson was fifth at 2009’s European Open Championships of Sanremo. Tor-Erik Hoftaniska  won the 2013 Shapiro Spring Foursome and placed second at 2011 pairs SportAccord. Hoftaniska will play with the English Jack Mizel, who in 2006 and 2007 got the final of the Reisinger.
