Palma won the 2016 Italian Open Team Championship

Salsomaggiore TermeThe team captained by Filippo Palma won the 2016 Italian Open Team ChampionshipMario D’Avossa, Stelio Di Bello, Fabio Lo Presti, Francesco Mazzadi, Ruggero Pulga, Gianpaolo Rinaldi.

Second place went to Maria Teresa Lavazza’s squad: Alejandro Bianchedi, Dennis Bilde, Norberto Bocchi, Diego Brenner, Giorgio Duboin, Agustin Madala. Third place went to team Pauncz: Peter Pauncz, Franco Baroni, Stefano Caiti, Niccolò Fossi, Carlo Mariani, Maurizio Pattacini.

In Women’s category the winner is team Fornaciari: Monica Cuzzi, Cristina Golin, Chiara Martellini, Silvia Martellini, Annaelisa Rosetta, Marilina Vanuzzi and Ezio Fornaciari (npc) . Second place went to team Falciai: Serenella Falciai, Debora Campagnano, Maura Mirolli, Giovanna Piccioni, Claudia Pomares, Luisa Venini.  Third place went to Parioli: Gianna Arrigoni, Antonella Caggese, Angela De Biasio, Caterina Ferlazzo, Gabriella Manara, Gabriella Olivieri and Anna Santolini (npc).

The Italian Team Championships were held in Salsomaggiore Terme (next to Parma, Italy) from April 22–25, 2016.

He has won the European championship in 1975 with legendary Blue Team, runner up at 1974’s and at Olympic games of 1976.  Sbarigia is member of Neapolitan Club Technical Commettee.
