The 4th Balkan Intercity Cup will be held at Vereya Hotel in Stara Zagora (Bulgaria) from 4th to 5th October 2012. The tournament is open to national teams of the Balkan countries. In competition will participate teams from Greece, Romania, Turkey, Serbia, FYRM, Slovenia, USA, Bulgaria, and the reigning champions of Israel Juniors Team: Udi Friedlander, Inon Liran, Dror Padon, Ron Schwartz.
Immediatly after the Balkan Intercity Cup, 31st International Open Bridge Festival will be held. The event comprises Pairs and Teams tournament. The Balkan Intercity Cup and the main Open Teams from the 31st International Festival will be broadcasted by BBO.
