On the 16th of September, before the event started, four captains wrote a letter to Italian Federation asking to postpone the competition.
As Lorenzo Lauria wrote, “De Michelis writes a letter to the Federation, asking to postpone the competition. Vinci, Bortoletti and Burgay also sign the letter”.
