The FIGB Federal Tribunal released its ruling after the firts hearing held on the 15th of Semptember.
In its judgment, the Tribunal confirmed that suspending the selections would cause irreparable damage to the Bridge community, who has spent time and effort getting ready for it.
However, the Tribunal had to assess whether the Credentials Committee’s decision to exclude one team was fair.
Given the urgent circumstances, the Tribunal ordered that Bortoletti’s team be readmitted as a precautionary measure.
More, The Tribunal is reserving its judgment on Bortoletti, De Falco and Fantoni prior to making a final decision.
The next hearing is scheduled for the 5th October 2021 at 5.30 PM to hear Bortoletti, De Falco and Fantoni who can bring their lawyers.
