The IBF Special Ethics Committee (SEC) has just issued a new statement:
The hearings for oral arguments are scheduled for the following dates: December 20, 2015 at 3 p.m.; January 3, 2016 at 5 p.m.; January 5, 2016 at 5 p.m.
The hearings will be open to the public.
As requested by Fisher and Schwartz, their written response will not be published until the date of the oral hearing.
