The German Federation (DBV -Deutscher Bridge Verband) has released a new statement about Elinescu-Wladow’s Affaire: the hearing before the Civil Court of Cologne will not be held on November 22nd, 2016, as previously announced. The hearing has been postponed until January 24th, 2017.
The current proceedings refers to the appeal submitted by dr. Elinescu and dr. Wladow against the disqualification decided by the DBV and the WBF as a result of the known facts of Bali in 2013.
