In its latest statement issued on October 28, 2015, the EBL informed that “EBL President Yves Aubry has asked the EBL Investigating Committee to complete its work on the four current cases before the end of 2015.”
Therefore, I asked Mr Aubry, EBL President, at what stage the work of the EBL Investigation Committee was.
Mr Aubry promptly answered that “ the Investigating Committee is just finishing its works about three pairs and continues to investigate about a fourth one”.
As soon the President will receive a report from the Investigation Committee, he will make a decision whether to send the cases to the EBL Disciplinary Committee. If yes, the Disciplinary Committee will have to address the cases one by one, with the first hearing expected in the second half of February.
Every news will be posted at the EBL website and Mr Aubry will give a full explanation during the EBL NBO’s Officer Seminar, which will be held from January 28 to 31, 2016 in Rome.
