Spring 2011 NABC – Coppa Vanderbilt: KO Teams Round di 32. Si è concluso poche ore fa il KO Round di 32. Tutti i ‘nostri’ campioni passano il turno: Fulvio Fantoni e Claudio Nunes con la squadra Monaco Zimmerman, Lorenzo Lauria e Alfredo Versace,  Giorgio Duboin e Antonio Sementa, nella squadra di Jimmy Cayne,  Norberto Bocchi e Guido Ferraro nella squadra Jacobs.

Questo lo score per gli Italiani: Monaco Zimmerman +102 vs Charmichael;  Jimmy Cayne, +16 vs Campos, una battaglia;  Jacobs + 44 su Levine.

Altri risultati notevoli sono la vittoria di Seymon Deutsch contro Jim Mahaffey, e quella di Kang, con l’olandese Jan Jasma, contro la squadra di Mark Gordon e David Berkowitz.

John Diamond ha battuto Paul e Linda Lewis, ma di nuovo sudando: dopo 48 delle 64 mani erano ancora a -16.

Una squadra piena di olandesi sta diventando interessante: Mary Ann Berg (Lair, Bertens, Bakkeren, Muller, DeWijs). Hanno battuto Hansa Narasimhan, e oggi affronteranno Carolyn Lynch con Passell, Dubinin, Gromov, Balicki, Zmudzinski.

Oggi è previsto il KO Round di 16. Si comincia alle ore 18,00 (ora italiana).
