Il TAR respinge la domanda cautelare di Fantoni & Nunes

Il TAR (Tribunale Amministrativo Regionale) di Roma ha respinto la domanda cautelare inoltrata da Fulvio Fantoni e Claudio Nunes contro la FIGB (Federazione Italiana Gioco Bridge) e il CONI (Comitato Olimpico Nazionale Italiano). I due giocatori italiani sono altresì condannati “al pagamento, nei confronti delle parti resistenti in solido tra loro, delle spese della presente fase cautelare, che liquida in complessivi Euro 1.000,00 (mille/00) oltre accessori di legge.”

Fantoni e Nunes hanno presentato ricorso presso il TAR (Tribunale Amministrativo Regionale) del Lazio contro la FIGB (Federazione Italiana Gioco Bridge) e il CONI (Comitato Olimpico Nazionale Italiano), chiedendo la sospensione della loro squalifica (3 anni) e un cospicuo risarcimento danni.

In attesa di una sentenza del TAR sul merito del ricorso, Fantoni e Nunes hanno altresì richiesto la sospensione cautelare del provvedimento di squalificata: il TAR ha respinto tale istanza cautelare e, pertanto, la squalifica rimane al momento in vigore.
