Filadelfia – Rosenblum Cup: II KO seconda sessione

Con l’articolo precedente siamo stati facili profeti nell’indicare gli incontri più interessanti. Intanto le squadre dei nostri big  recuperano tutte e 3 nel 2° segmento di questo 2° KO.

 Lavazza recupera bene e chiude addirittura in vantaggio sia pure di poco, 74-71 con i 4 italiani schierati nel line-up, Cayne recupera a sua volta il gap e a metà del match si trova avanti (in panchina Alf-Lor) 73-65, e infine Zimmermann (turno di riposo per i Fantunes) si porta avanti di una trentina, 73-42.

Nelle altre sfide molto equlibrata quella tra O’Rourke e Meltzer (61-65), Mahaffey si avvantaggia su China Open solo grazie agli ultimi board che spostano a suo favore 21 imps e sta sopra di 15, e anzhe Zaleski si difende bene contro i tedeschi di Alizee pur soccombendo per ora 37-54.

Nickell trita come suo solito, e Strul ha probabilmente messo in ghiaccio il suo incontro.

A questo punto il 3° e penultimo segmento diventa vieppiù interessante per noi, alle 10.00 p.m. Ora italiana.
