Bermuda Bowl 2011: L’italia vince il bronzo

 Campionati del Mondo di Bridge 2011, Veldhoven (Olanda) 15-29 Ottobre 2011. A Veldhoven sono state decise oggi le prime medaglie, quelle di bronzo. Bermuda Bowl: nei play-off per il terzo posto L’Italia ha battuto USA1 con un netto 167-69. Il Blu Team conquista così  il podio. Congratulazioni a tutta la squadra italiana: Norberto Bocchi, Giorgio Duboin, Lorenzo Lauria, Agustin Madala, Antonio Sementa, Alfredo Versace, Maria Teresa Lavazza (capitano non giocatore) e Massimo Ortensi (coach).

 Nella Venice Cup il bronzo va all’Olanda che ha battuto l’Inghilterra 109-91; nella D’Orsi Bowl è la Polonia a guadagnare il terzo posto, sconfiggendo USA1 per 118 -36.

He has won the European championship in 1975 with legendary Blue Team, runner up at 1974’s and at Olympic games of 1976.  Sbarigia is member of Neapolitan Club Technical Commettee.
