Fulvio Fantoni and Claudio Nunes do not want to continue with the appeal against Italian Federation (FIGB). The announcement was given by Francesco Ferlazzo Natoli, President of the Italian Bridge Federation (FIGB), during the last meeting of the Federal Board in Milan, Italy (November 24, 2018).
In 2016 Fantoni and Nunes filed an appeal to TAR (Regional Administration Tribunal) in Rome (Italy) against the Italian Bridge Federation and the hearing was scheduled for December 18, 2018.
On July 3rd, 2018 the FIGB Federal Appeal Tribunal acquitted the two players that now have decided not to go through the appeal process at TAR.
