The World Bridge Federation (WBF) has published the logo of the 2014 World Bridge Series, sponsored by the Austrian company of Salzburg Red Bull GmbH.
The Red Bull company, which produces the popular energic drink with caffeine and taurine, sponsors many sport events: mountain biking, BMX, motocross, windsurfing, snowboarding, skateboarding, kayaking, wakeboarding, cliff-diving, surfing, skating, freestyle motocross, rally, football and Formula 1.
The 14th World Bridge Series will be held in Sanya, Hainan, China from 10th to 25th October 2014 hosted by the Chinese Contract Bridge Association (CCBA) in cooperation with Sanya City and Beijing Lianzhong Co., Ltd. This will be the first time that the World Bridge Series Championships have gone to a city outside Europe and America. (read more »)
