Lavazza won the 2015 Italian Open Team Championship

The team captained by Maria Teresa Lavazza won the 2015 Italian Open Team Championship: Alejandro Bianchedi, Norberto Bocchi, Massimiliano Di Franco, Giorgio Duboin, Agustin Madala and Gabriele Zanasi. They won the 2014’s edition as well.

Second place went to Francesco Angelini’s squad: Valerio Giubilo, Leonardo Cima, Lorenzo Lauria, Alfredo Versace, Antonio Sementa and  Mustafa Cem Tokay. Third place went to team Vinci: Fulvio Fantoni, Claudio Nunes, Fabrizio Hugony, Francesco Saverio Vinci. Michel and Thomas Bessis).

In Women’s category the winner is team D’Apice – Aurelia Bridge Club: Rita D’ Apice, Stefania Maggiora, Rita Marzano, Mirella Parelli, Stefania Dani Casale and Bruna Cossaro. Second place went to team Fornaciari – Bridge Reggio Emilia: Irene Baroni, Gloria Brugnoni Colombo, Mietta Preve, Annalisa Rosetta, Cristina Golin and  Marilina Vannuzzi. Third place went to Nardullo – Top One: Margherita Chavarria, Monica Buratti, Monica Aghemo, Antonella Novo, Giuliana Pederzoli and Francesca Piscitelli.

The Italian Team Championships were held in Salsomaggiore Terme (next to Parma, Italy) from April 30 – May 3, 2015.

SILVIO SBARIGIA is a pharmacist; he was born in Rome and lives there. He has won the European championship in 1975 with legendary Blue Team, runner up at 1974’s and at Olympic games of 1976.  Sbarigia is member of Neapolitan Club Technical Commettee.
