For the first time, the Caribbean and Central American Bridge Federation (CACBF) is conducting an Open International Festival similar to what the European Bridge League does in odd-numbered years. Players from all the world are invited to partecipate. The Internationa Open Bridge Festival will take place in Panama from from 17th to 26th of May 2013. The open tournament will run concurrently with the 27th CACBF Zonal Championships, reserved to players from Zone 5.
