Today IBF has published the outcomes of the first hearing of SEC, held on Monday, August 31:
– The first hearing was attended by representive of IBF and Lotan Fisher and Ron Schwartz, represented by Dror Arad-Ayalon.
– SEC has accepted a decision by Lotan Fisher and Ron Schwartz not to play together until the conclusion of the proceedings by the SEC.
– SEC called upon any interested persons to send it material relevant to the case, at email sec@bridge.co.il The material will be forwarded to Fisher and Schwartz, to give them an opportunity to respond.
