Fall 2011 NABC – The team captained by George Jacobs leads the Mitchell Open B-A-M Teams: Jacobs, Steve Beatty, Walid Elahmady, Tarek Sadek, Agustin Madala and Norberto Bocchi. In the provisional ranking in second place there is Bramley team and in third place Cayne Team with Seamon, Alfredo Versace, Lorenzo Lauria, Giorgio Duboin and Antonio Sementa. The Mitchell Board-a-Match Teams is one of the many events of the Fall NABC: It is held in Seattle November 27- 28.
This tournamant comprises 2 Qualifying and 2 Final Sessions. It was a men’s event until 1990 when it became an open event. The winners are rewarded with the Mitchell Trophy, named after Victor Mitchell, one of the most famous players in the history of the bridge. Players from any countries are allowed to compete.
