Fall 2011 NABC. The Reisinger BAM Teams is a six-session open team event scored by board-a-match with two qualifying sessions, two semifinal sessions and two final sessions. The two qualifying rounds have been just completed. There were 44 competing teams: the top 20 classified teams move to the semi-final rounds. Alfredo Versace, Lorenzo Lauria, Giorgio Duboin and Antonio Sementa with Cayne’s team are third after qualifying rounds.
In seventh place, ex aequo with the team of Roy Welland, have placed Fulvio Fantoni and Claudio Nunes who play in the team of Pierre Zimmermann with Franck Multon, Geir Helgemo and Tor Helness
The Jacobs team failed to qualify. George Jacobs had hired Norberto Bocchi and Agustin Madala, but the qualifying rounds have been played by the other two pairs: Walid Elahmady- Tarek Sadek and George Jacobs – Steve Beatty.
Today the semi-finals have to be played and we will know the finalists of the tournament, which ends tomorrow, Sunday, Dec. 4.
