The European Bridge League has posted the followings:

EUROPEAN OPEN CHAMPIONSHIPS –
Montecatini, Italy – 10 – 24 June 2017

It has become necessary to relocate these Championships from the venues previously notified – Palazzo Congressi & Palavinci to one new stand-alone playing venue, Mondolandia Village located at

Via Ponte Dei Bari 5 – 51016 Montecatini Terme

This is roughly 10 minutes by coach from the main hotels in Montecatini; shuttle buses are being provided regularly every day throughout the event by the Municipality of Montecatini to ensure ease of access. Taxis are plentiful in Montecatini and are not expensive, and there is sufficient car parking onsite.

Additionally, we plan to maintain a Registration Office in the centre of Montecatini, above the Tourist Office at Viale Verdi 66/68.

This will allow players the opportunity to register at their ease within walking distance of their hotels.

We apologise for this change in location, but it became necessary because of insurance regulations and permissions relating to one of the previously scheduled venues.

We trust it will not interfere with your enjoyment of what promises to be wonderful Championships and look forward to seeing you there.

Further Updates will follow.
