One would say: bussines as usual. First round poses some problems with newcomers but i have few aces up my slieve so … everything went smootly enough. 28 teams, 9 are new but with some familiar faces. Most of new teams are direct result of Turbin’s effort to advertise this League. Thanks Paolo.
The only real news is new KO format after round robin: 12 teams (best 4 from each group) will play it. Four best teams will not play 1st round. This way we allow more teams to taste the real thing and at the same time relieve some pressure coming from competitivness to make it to the final 8.
It is my impession that this is the strongest League so far. I hope this will still allow it to be friendly and fun for all of you.
