The 2012 “Sunchime Fund Cup” International Bridge Elite Tournament will be held in Beijing from 1th to 4th of October. It’s an invitational event. There are 12 participating teams, including the 8 domestic clubs of China Bridge Elite Council (CBET) and other 4 invited teams: Poland (Cezary Balicki, Adam Zmudzinski, Krzysztof Buras and Grzegorz Narkiewicz), USA (Brad Moss, Joe Grue, Curtis Cheek and Ishmael Delmonte), Netherlands (Bas Drijver, Louk Verhees jr, Ricco van Prooijen and Sjoert Brink), Monaco (Geir Helgemo, Tor Helness, Fulvio Fantoni and Claudio Nunes).
The CBET teams are: Beijing Evertrust, Shenzhen Nangangdongli, Jili Qiche, Zhejiang Huamen, Sunchime Fund, Zhejiang Jingfan, Suzhou Taihu, Beijing Trinergy.
The format: A 11-round robin of 16-board matches will determine the positions 1-12.
All matches will be broadcast by BBO.
