14th edition of BBO InterCity League

 The start of 14th edition is scheduled for 13th of  Octobervisit official website!  Along usual faces we are expecting few newones. And it might not be so crowded as usual but it will certainly be fun and enjoyment as usual.

 Let me remind those that are still considering to join us of basic rules and format:


  • Groups of no more than 10 teams, Round Robin, 16 boards.
  • Mandatory playing time: wednesdays 8:45-9 pm CET (unless both captains agree for different playing time).
  • Mandaroty name: Any city/village
  • Mandatory to post CC
  • Barometer ON, Kibitzers allowed (silent), Undo alowed
  • It is allowed to change player(s) at any time (except in final 8 stages).

Silvio Sbarigia


SILVIO SBARIGIA is a pharmacist; he was born in Rome and lives there. He has won the European championship in 1975 with legendary Blue Team, runner up at 1974’s and at Olympic games of 1976.  Sbarigia is member of Neapolitan Club Technical Commettee.
